Layer Ads is Germany based company and so the whole web is in German language. With my pure German I could translate that Layer Ads is paying €4 per 1000 impressions. Adverts are pseudo popups or moreover popins so they are not blocked usualy by explorers. Adverts are geotargeted but I am not sure if you get paid for all countries. I guess it will be only for German traffic but you should try this company as this payout is in Euro and is not low!!! Payments are in Paypal, Wire and I guess check.
